At Ashdown Engineering, we stand by the quality of our bass amplifiers and audio gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the item in its original Ashdown Engineering box, including all manuals, power cables, and accessories to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided return label or ship via a tracked courier service to our service center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange unit within 5-7 business days.
